The first meeting of the Lytle Junior High Robotics Team was held Dec. 16 in the Junior High Smartlab with over 30 students attending. Sixth, seventh and eighth-grade students all met in the SmartLab after school to learn a little about the program and also get a sneak peek at the High School Robotics Team's competition robot. The High School team gave a presentation about the organization that governs their competitions - FIRST - and gave the junior high members an idea of what to expect when they compete with their own robot.
